American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. The toll-free hotline provides information on all forms of cancer and referrals to Reach to Recovery programs for breast cancer patients.

Y-ME
Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization provides breast cancer information, support and referrals through their national toll-free hotline. Trained volunteers, all of whom have had breast cancer, are matched by background and experience to callers whenever possible. Y-ME offers information on establishing local support programs and has eighteen chapters nationwide, in addition to their national headquarters in Chicago. Y-ME has also started a hotline for men whose partners have had breast cancer.

Susan G. Komen Foundation
The Susan G. The National Coalition For Cancer Survivorship
The National Coalition For Cancer Survivorship (NCCS) raises awareness of cancer survivorship through its publications, quarterly newsletter, education to eliminate the stigma of cancer, and advocacy for insurance, employment, and legal rights for people with cancer. NCCS also facilitates networking among cancer programs, serves as an information clearinghouse and encourages the study of cancer survivorship.
